Burn the Fat Summer Challenge Week 1 Results

So Saturday I took my measurements, and just to recap -

I am getting up in the am five days per week to lift or go for an am walk.

In the evenings I am doing light cardio on at least three days.

I am keeping daily callories under a max limit.

I am keeping carbs low due to personal preference but doing a higher carb day every few days.

I am also trying to eat my carbs heaviest afetr my lifting session and lighter at night.

Lots of small meals – I eat every 3 hrs.

Results:

114.2 lbs (-2.6lbs)
25.3% fat (-0.5%)
28.89 lbs fat (-1.24lbs)
85.31 lbs lean (-1.36lbs)

Measurements:
Waist: 24.75in
Hips: 35in
Thighs: 20.5in

My only concern at this point is to make sure I am not doing anything to cause too much lean muscle loss. I will be focused on that this week and see how my results continue to shape up.
