Tom Venuto HIIT Training for Beginners
In my previous post on How to Get a Lean Body, I recommend High Intensity Interval Training as one of the best fat burning methods out there. However, like I said on my original post – HIIT training can be really challenging for beginners. Luckily, Tom Venuto just posted a great suggestion on how beginners can ease into HIIT training and still get the bat burning benefits without the risks.
Essentially Tom recommend building up to doing HIIT by doing progressions. Check it out.

Amanda,
I agree with what Tom has to say about this. One of the things that I see people do wrong is to try and do too much, too fast. You wouldn’t go from never exercising to trying to run a marathon your first week. Just the same, you shouldn’t try and do too much with HIIT or any other form of exercise.
It’s the same with your diet. People go from eating very badly and then when they decide to start a diet, they go full force and cut their calories too much in the beginning. No wonder their body rebels and they soon quit the diet!
I have an older post that I wrote that talks about this:

Let me know what you think. I will keep checking back. Good luck with your blog, you doing a great job!
