Wendy Bounds (Wall Street Journal) was on Good Morning America this morning to review home workout equipment. The Valslide (see review here) was featured in her review and found to be effective at exercising the hips, legs, buttocks, useful at body sculpting and cardio workouts, and easily portable. Noted cons being that the Valslides work best on carpet and cloth slip-on booties are needed for use on hardwood floors, and that good balance is needed (true.)
Also reviewed in this segment – personal favorite home equipment, a TRX suspension trainer (don’t forget ringtraining.com offers good suspension trainers for only a quarter of the price…) and kettlebells.
